Hi my name is Eli Self, I grew up fishing with my grandpa and have since dove head first in the fishing rabbit hole. I love studying anything and everything bass fishing. I will fish anywhere but at the top of the list is River smallies.

I’m Ryan and I like fishing. No, seriously I like it a lot! At heart I am a river rat but a decade of tournament angling has rounded me out into a well versed bass angler. I grew up with limited tackle and had to make what I had work, this developed a passion for lures and understanding how they work or how I could make them work.

My name is Tyler Bean. I bring a blend of tournament experience, passion for the water, and visual storytelling to the team at Dark Horse Tackle. As an avid kayak angler specializing in freshwater and river bass patterns, I spend most of my time chasing fish in everything from shallow coastal rivers to competitive tournament waters.
